The University of Mauritius is the oldest and largest university of Mauritius. It is the national university of Mauritius. It was established in the year 1965. There are in total 6 faculties which includes faculty of science, faculty of agriculture, faculty of engineering, faculty of law and management, faculty of social sciences and humanities and faculty of information communication and digital technologies.
