The 100 seats are divided into two main quotas:

All India Quota (AIQ) – 15% (15 Seats): Filled through centralized counseling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC). These seats are open to students from any state in India.

Haryana State Quota – 85% (85 Seats): Filled through state counseling managed by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana. These seats are strictly reserved for students holding a valid Haryana domicile and are distributed among General, SC, BCA, BCB, and EWS categories as per state reservation policies.

Fee Structure 

Annual Tuition Fees: As a government medical college, the annual academic fee is highly subsidized, typically ranging around ₹80,000 per year (excluding hostel and mess charges).

Admission to the MBBS program at Pt. Neki Ram Sharma Government Medical College is strictly merit-based and depends on the candidate’s performance in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG). After qualifying NEET-UG, candidates must participate in the Haryana state centralized counselling process conducted by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research Haryana (DMER Haryana).
